Reportable Conduct Report

This form provides an option for anyone to report an allegation of reportable conduct, including making an anonymous report.
If you have any information that leads you to believe on reasonable grounds that an employee, contractor or volunteer of Kennedy Baptist College has engaged in reportable conduct, please report it. Reportable conduct is:

  1. Sexual offences (against, with, or in the presence of, a child).
  2. Sexual misconduct (against, with, or in the presence of, a child).
  3. Physical assault (against, with, or in the presence of, a child).
  4. Significant neglect of a child; and
  5. Significant emotional or psychological harm to a child.


The College will assess the report against reportable conduct criteria in accordance with legislation. All reports will be reported to the Ombudsman WA. Reports will be investigated to the extent possible given the information.

Protections
Persons acting in good faith, who give a report, notification or information are protected from liability. The College is prohibited from publishing information that identifies or is likely to identify a person who has made a report under the Reportable Conduct Scheme.
