Current Opportunity

Risk and Compliance Officer (Full-Time, Ongoing)

We are seeking a Risk and Compliance professional who enjoys being actively involved in all facets of College life. In this role, you will take ownership of the implementation and ongoing management of our Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, WHS, and policy frameworks, ensuring they are effective, up to date, and aligned with best practice.

As a trusted advisor to leaders and staff across the College, you will play a key role in promoting a positive, engaged, risk‑aware culture. Your ability to build strong relationships, provide clear guidance and influence at all levels will be essential to your success.

In addition to your professional capabilities, we are seeking someone who authentically reflects the College’s mission and values and can ensure these values are embedded in our policies, procedures, and daily practice.

This is a full‑time (1.0 FTE), ongoing position, and we are looking for someone who is available to commence immediately.
