Head of Learning Area – Technologies
As Head of the Learning Area, you leverage your experience to ensure academic excellence by inspiring and leading your experienced team in curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation.
In this role, you will champion the curriculum agenda, leveraging the passion and expertise of individual members and altogether challenging the collective to deliver positive learning outcomes for a broad range of students. You thrive in an environment where you use your teaching expertise, experience leading a large and diverse department, and ability to work collaboratively across different college teams and curriculum leaders to see year-on-year improvement.
This is a leadership role in the College. It is expected that you lead by example the College values in all your interactions, balancing the relational and the delivery of strategic objectives are essential. Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal – Curriculum and Director of Studies. Your learning and development include active engagement in the Kennedy Leadership Excellence Program.
This is an ongoing full-time role.
