Teaching Position
Business/ Technology / Mathematics (full-time, fixed term)
Looking for a suitably qualified and experienced teacher who is passionate about the creating and delivery of an engaging program to students. You create a positive and disciplined learning environment that fosters excellence.
Your experience is wide, and you see yourself applying your expertise across a combination of Business, Technologies/ Computing and/or Mathematics. Demonstrating alignment with our Mission and Values is foundational, so we are interested to hear how you embrace teaching from a Christian perspective.
This is a full-time, fixed term position in 2025 with a possibility of ongoing from 2026 onwards.

Reporting to the Head of Learning Area – Technologies. You are a team player with the experience and knowledge to actively engage students in a meaningful way. You are a dynamic teacher who defines success by being an active contributor to the team taking pride in delivering excellent learning outcomes. In this role, you will get to work with and learn from the best in their craft.
You may teach a combination of Metal, Engineering and senior school classes. Experience in any of these areas will be strongly considered. Demonstrating alignment to our Mission and Values is foundational as we work with you to develop your skills and experience.

Non-Teaching Position
Design and Technologies Technician (part-time, ongoing)
To support our commitment to providing a safe and engaging learning environment for our students, we seek to appoint a qualified Technician to support our Design and Technologies department. Your technical skills will contribute to the maintenance and efficient running of the D&T learning facilities. The ability to work closely with teachers and your proactiveness will deliver the best possible outcomes.
It will suit someone who is not afraid to be hands-on. You thrive in a dynamic environment that combines preparation and planning, troubleshooting and problem-solving, and looking for improvement opportunities.
Additionally, you will need to be able to represent the College professionally and authentically demonstrate our values to the whole community.
This is a part-time (0.6 FTE), ongoing role to commence in 2025.

Digital Communications Officer (0.4FTE)
Are you an experienced Digital Communication Officer with a passion for storytelling? Do you have practical experience in photography, videography, editing and media content management. If so, we want you to join our team at Kennedy Baptist College.
This hands-on role actively involves managing, planning, producing, and publishing high-quality content across multiple communications channels.
In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to capture and tell an engaging story. You are a team player who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person who sees involvement in the whole College as a privilege to capture the Kennedy story for current and future families.
This is an ongoing, part-time (0.4 FTE) role. Ideally, working Tuesday and Friday.

Office Manager (full-time, ongoing)
To support our ongoing commitment to our mission, we seek an individual to lead our administration team, enabling others to do what they are called to do.
This is a dynamic hands-on role. Drawing from your broad office administration skills and experience, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient service to students, staff and the broader Kennedy community. Managing an experienced team, you devote yourself to the growth and development of staff across Student Services, Attendance, Reception, Sick Bay and Administration.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you thrive in a hub of activity. Each day will be different. You possess a solution-focused collaborative approach whilst modelling our values, which enables you to make a difference in every interaction.
Kennedy aims to grow and develop leaders. The successful applicant will participate in the Kennedy Leadership development program, learning from and working with other College leaders.
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), ongoing role to commence immediately.
