Sports Coordinator – Basketball (full-time, ongoing)
Beyond being a suitably qualified teacher, you have proven experience in coordinating and developing sports programs. This role is a hands-on role, you will be actively involved and coordinating all aspects of the Specialist Basketball program including competitions.
Previous experience in coaching or playing elite basketball will be a valuable complement to our external coaching resources. Being able to effectively engage with students and their families is crucial to ensure their development and overall success. Our mission resonates to you personally and you are passionate about sharing life lessons beyond the court.
This role has an approximate 0.6 FTE Teaching/ 0.4 FTE coordination responsibilities. Reporting to the Head of Sport, you actively contribute to our mission by developing relationships through regular and professional communication with all stakeholders (i.e. staff, students, their parents/ guardians and external parties.) It is an expectation that the Coordinator will attend trials, practice, matches, events and other related activities in support of the program therefore a current MR driver’s license and PTD will be required.
This is a full-time ongoing position to commence at the start of the 2026 school year.

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced teacher who is enthusiastic about delivering an engaging program to students, creating a positive and disciplined learning environment that fosters excellence. Participation and actively contributing to after-hours Performing Arts events are a highlight of this role (i.e. School musical production, dance showcase, drama performances and other similar opportunities).
