What to expect

Welcome from the Principal

Join us in the Auditorium from 12.00 pm, where there will be live performances before our Principal Mark Ashby introduces you to a Kennedy education. After the session, you and your family are invited to explore our facilities and register your interest in your children’s future education at Kennedy. To register for this information session, please complete the form below and select who will be attending.

Pick up your map

Start your trek around the College by collecting a map at the Administration Block. Enjoy the Discovery Trail as you explore our interactive Learning Areas, collect a sticker from each checkpoint and learn about our students’ educational journey.

If you’re already enrolled for 2026 or 2027, visit our Registrar to collect a special sticker so we can celebrate you as one of our incoming Kennedy students!

Learn about our history

Kennedy Baptist College has reaped the blessings of being a young school, while also benefiting from the foundations set by Winthrop Baptist College (est. 1994) and Somerville Baptist College (est. 1999). These outstanding Colleges combined in 2013 to form Kennedy, continuing a mission of excellent education in a Christian context. Visit the Lower Foyer to find out more about our shared history.

About the name

The name “Kennedy” was chosen to honour William Kennedy, a brave man who shared God’s love and helped start schools many years ago. His strong faith and bold actions inspire us to learn, lead and live with purpose. That’s why our College encourages every student to build a bold future — just like Mr Kennedy did! Visit the William Kennedy display located at the Research and Study Centre.

Food and market stalls

Enjoy a variety of delicious gourmet treats from our food and drink stalls, including cake, coffee, a sizzling sausage sizzle, and refreshing ice cream. Don’t miss the Beedawong Cafeteria, where you can sample their recess menu favourites, including their famous butter chicken!

Parking and bus shuttle

A Bus Shuttle Service will be available every 15 minutes between the College and Murdoch University Carpark 7 till 3:30 p.m. As parking is limited, this will allow you easy access to the College campus.

Photography and filming

We advise that filming and photography will be conducted at the event and used in future marketing events and advertising. Please notify our staff if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed.
