Extracurricular activities are also a great opportunity for your child to make new friends and pursue personal excellence.

Our students wear the College uniform with pride, upholding the values and reputation of the College. You will receive a booking code to attend a uniform fitting between the months of October 2023 to January 2024. Please have this code handy and book your child’s 30-minute fitting session below. Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation detailing all relevant information.

When your child is in Year 6, you will be invited to attend an Orientation Day in November, Term 4 2023. Your child will have the opportunity to tour the campus and facilities, meet their teachers and learn more about their Year 11 Mentors. These mentors will support students to learn more about the College and give them strategies and skills to transition into life at Kennedy.

This event takes place on the same day of your child’s Orientation Day in 2023, where parents are invited to a morning tea followed by an information session to learn specific information about transition from our Principal and Head of Year 7, meet other Year 7 parents and to clarify information. Orientation Day will take place on Friday 24 November 2023 from 8.30am to 12.30pm.

Digital technology plays a pivotal role in your child’s education at Kennedy. All students require a portable computer which meets the College’s minimum specification. To find out more about our Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program, click here. Several one hour Device Induction Sessions are held towards the end of January 2024 for new families and can be booked using the link below.

Pre-start Day will kick off the 2024 school year, giving your child the opportunity to start earlier to get a feel for the campus and facilities before the other year cohorts commence. This event will take place on on Tuesday 30 January 2023*, 10.00am to 2.00pm. More information will be provided to families during the Orientation Day.

Takes place on your child’s first day of school to introduce the new students to the school community. This event will take place on Wednesday 31 January 2024*, 9.00am to 10.00am.

Gives parents and children the opportunity to socialise with other new families and meet with teachers, other students and view the campus and facilities. This event will take place on Monday 12 February 2024, 3.00pm to 5.00pm*.
