1.To assess your application to join the Kennedy Baptist College Alumni Association, we will request personal information about you. The primary purpose of collecting this information is to enable us to inform you about our upcoming activities, events and / or reunions.
2.We will not disclose this information to a third party without your consent unless otherwise permitted.
3.From time to time we engage in fundraising activities. The information received from you may be used to make an appeal to you.
4.The College may publish details about you in our College publications, on social media or our website. If you do not agree to this or change your mind at a later stage, you will have the opportunity to select the opt out option below.
5.The College may store personal information in the ‘cloud’, which may mean that it resides on servers which are situated outside Australia. Further information about the College’s use of an online or ‘cloud’ services provider is contained in the College’s Privacy Policy.
6.The College’s Privacy Policy, accessible on the College website, contains details of how you may seek access to and correction of your personal information which the College holds, as well as how you can make a privacy complaint and how we will handle the complaint.
